TeamLink Installation and Use Instructions

The following program enables two-way video, audio, chat, device image sharing and file sharing.

The following procedure is considered one of the easiest procedures on the internet today because it is not necessary to register with the service, as well as the program is available for various operating systems of PCs and mobile devices with an easy-to-use user interface and is fully functional on all devices.

Reading the installation and use instructions, as well as a stable satisfactory internet connection and a device with an operating system that supports it are a necessary condition.

Installation and Use Instructions:

• We download and install the program from the following link (Windows, Mac, Android, IOS): https://www.teamlink.co/download.html
• We find (e.g. in Search in the start menu in windows or in our mobile applications) and run the program:

• Once it opens, we select: «Join a meeting without an account»
• 
• We write the meeting ID given to us by our teacher. In the "Your Name" field, be sure to write your first and last name and be sure to click the boxes: "Turn off my video when joining a meeting" and "Mute my microphone when joining a meeting" and press OK:

• As soon as the room opens, probably the first time it will give us a message like in the image below, we select "Do not show again" and press OK:

• Within the program we have the ability to open or close the camera, microphone and device screen sharing, as well as leave the room:
• 
• Very important, if we click on the 3 dots, a submenu will appear with the possibility to raise our hand in the room (the teacher is informed about this):

• Finally, we have the possibility to communicate two-way through chat messages with our professor or with others, with the possibility to choose the recipient, as well as to attach a file to be sent:
